Grown in Uji, Japan Hello Good Sip's Matcha is the real thing. The green tea leaves are shaded, handpicked, dried and then milled by granite stone mills into an ultra-fine powder. Drunk by Zen Buddhist monks and Japanese emperors for over 800 years. Packed with 15 times the antioxidants of good quality green tea. Matcha is marvellously good for you as well as tasting great.
For a warm Matcha latte: Weigh out 1g of Matcha with a Matcha scoop and add to a small amount of hot water (80°C max). Use a Matcha whisk in a quick, soft M or W shaped motion trying to keep the whisk suspended in the liquid and avoid touching the bottom of the bowl. Next steam or heat milk to desired temperature and add to the Matcha base.
